At 325 GSM the fabric holds screen print, DTG, DTF and embroidery without the base showing through or the hoop distorting the body, and tonal prints on a mid-brown base have been a consistent streetwear look. As on any darker garment, DTG needs a white underbase for bright colours to sit true, so test your artwork on a sample first.

What is a garment dyed long sleeve?

One that’s sewn first in undyed cotton and then dyed as a finished garment. The cotton relaxes and softens in the dye bath, so it arrives with a broken-in feel, and seams and stitching take up dye at a slightly different rate to the body, giving a subtle tonal depth around the cuffs, collar and hems. What colour is Chocolate Torte?

A chocolate brown, garment dyed to Pantone 19-1109 TCX Chocolate Torte, so you have an exact reference for matching other pieces in your range. Screens show colour differently, so order a single long sleeve to see it in daylight.

Will every piece be exactly the same shade?

Garment dyeing produces slight variation between dye lots. That’s a characteristic of the process rather than a defect, and part of why the finish looks the way it does. If you need pieces to match exactly on a rail, order them in one run.

Can you dye it to my own Pantone shade?

Yes. We garment dye in our own facility and can match your Pantone reference on the same 325 GSM long sleeve body. For cotton, send a Pantone TCX code if you have one; otherwise send a hex value or a printed sample. Is 325 GSM heavy for a long sleeve?

Yes. As a rough guide, tops under about 180 GSM are lightweight, 180–220 GSM is midweight and 250 GSM and above is heavyweight, so 325 GSM is a heavyweight long sleeve with a substantial, considered feel.

What other colours does it come in?

The same long sleeve comes in black and ecru. Run all three in the same body for a coherent capsule with consistent photography and identical size grading.

Is it branded?

No. It carries only a size label and a care label, so it’s ready for your own branding. Here’s how to add your own neck labels.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Buy a single long sleeve to sample your print, wear-test it and photograph it before you commit to a bulk run.
