We currently accept the following payment methods:
PayPal Account/PayPal Express - preferred method of payment for same day dispatch (Monday to Friday - working days only).
Please be aware that if you use PayPal to check out, the delivery address will default to the address on your PayPal account. You should ensure that your PayPal account details are up to date as we will not accept liability if goods are sent to an incorrect address.
Credit or Debit card - via PayPal Portal (follow the link). Same day dispatch (Monday to Friday - working days only). We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Bank Transfer (BACS) - bank details at checkout. Dispatched on receipt of full payment into our account (2-5 days).
Orders placed before 1:30pm are processed on day of completed payment. Once complete they are dispatched on UKMail - signature on receipt required. Please include your telephone number in your order so that the carrier can contact you direct if required. Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery.
Orders and payments received after 1:30pm will be processed the following working day (Monday to Friday are working days unless a Bank Holiday.)
Where an item becomes out of stock, it may take a few days for new stocks to arrive. Orders are processed in numerical order, so it may be possible at times for items to become out of stock where there are a number of orders for the same fabric and stocks are running low. In the unlikely event where this occurs, we will ALWAYS make sure to contact you immediately to notify you of any potential delay.
