We can only accept orders for delivery within the UK
Delivery Charge
£8 - fixed price for any size order, sent by carrier UKMail 24/48 hour service.
Most orders do arrive next working day, but please allow 48 hours before contacting us.
EXCLUDING post codes beginning with AB, BT, HS, IV, IM, KW, PA, PH, ZE and the Channel Islands.
Some of these post codes are in areas that incur a heavy surcharge by the carrier so we send them by post Royal Mail First Class Recorded. More often than not the £8 will cover the postage, but if it does not we will ask you to pay the balance. If you think the postage is too much you can cancel your order and we will issue a full refund.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We use UKMail to deliver your order, and this is a 'signed for' service so there will need to be someone in to receive your parcel. It can be left with a neighbour or in a secure place only if you arrange this with us before dispatch. UKMail will try to deliver only twice before returning your parcel to us. If your parcel is returned to us you will have the option of paying for re-delivery or we will refund the cost of the fabric. We will not refund the original delivery charge. Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery.
Orders placed before 1:30pm are processed on day of completed payment. Once complete they are dispatched on UKMail - signature on receipt required. Please include your telephone number in your order so that the carrier can contact you direct if required.
Orders and payments received after 1:30pm will be processed the following working day (Monday to Friday are working days unless a Bank Holiday.)
Where an item becomes out of stock, it may take a few days for new stocks to arrive. Orders are processed in numerical order, so it may be possible at times for items to become out of stock where there are a number of orders for the same fabric and stocks are running low. In the unlikely event where this occurs, we will ALWAYS make sure to contact you immediately to notify you of any potential delay.
