Why heavyweight blanks matter
There's a reason 300 GSM+ has become the streetwear standard. Lightweight retail basics drape poorly, twist in the wash, and show every ghost of a print. Heavyweight cotton holds its shape, sits square on the shoulder, and gives printers a stable, opaque canvas to work on.
Our blanks are cut for a premium streetwear fit and feel — boxy, structured, and built to outlast the typical wholesale basic. They work equally well as retail-ready garments straight off the shelf or as the base layer for your own graphics.
What's in the collection
Heavy oversized t-shirts (300 GSM) — the workhorse of the range. Available in Black and Stone Wash Charcoal from £11.65, with a 265 GSM Ecru option for a slightly softer hand. There's also a 3-pack at £31.99 if you want to sample across colours before committing.
Ultra heavy t-shirts (320 GSM) — £12.95 in Black and Ecru. This is the densest tee in the range and the one most brands settle on for premium price-point drops.
Heavy long sleeve tees (325 GSM) — £15.75 in Black and Ecru. Same weight discipline, extended into autumn/winter.
Boxy cropped t-shirts — £10.50 in White, Black and Charcoal, plus a Vintage Washed Black at £10.75. A bundle is available at £37.00. These have been one of the fastest-moving fits in the collection.
Heavyweight hoodies (500 GSM) — £28.00 for the Black pullover, £28.50 in Grey Marl, and £29.95 for the Double Zip Black. At 500 GSM these are genuinely substantial garments, not a mid-weight sold as heavy.
Garment-dyed custom shade (320 GSM) — 30 units at £450.00 if you want a colourway nobody else on the high street is running.
Decoration: sorted in-house
You don't need to source your blanks in one place and your printing in another. We offer garment dye, DTG, DTF, screen print and embroidery with short lead times — so the garment and the decoration come from the same supplier, on the same timeline.
For print shops, that means consistent stock you can quote against. For brands, it means one invoice and one point of contact instead of chasing two suppliers.
No minimums, honestly
Plenty of suppliers advertise "low minimums" and then quietly enforce a 50-piece floor per colourway. We don't. Order one piece to check the fit and the fabric hand before you commit budget. Order 500 when the design lands.
That matters most for start-ups and merch creators testing an idea, but established brands use it too — for sampling, for restocking a single size that's sold through, or for pulling a rush order together.
