RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are quite happy to receive returns provided the goods are in the same condition as originally supplied and are returned to us by post within seven days, but please contact us first. You will have to pay the return postage charge and we will not issue a refund until the goods are received back. So please obtain a certificate of posting as your proof of return.
FAULTY GOODS RETURNS
It is our policy to supply only perfect fabrics, but mistakes do happen! If, when you receive the goods they are faulty, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return postage. Please contact us as soon as you notice any fault, but within seven days of receipt.
If goods are returned for any other reason we will refund the cost of the fabric but we will not refund the delivery charge nor be liable for the return delivery charges.
If you have any complaints about our fabrics or service please let us know immediately so that we can take remedial action. We aim to please all our customers, large or small, and value your custom above all else.
