WE CAN ONLY SEND ORDERS TO DESTINATIONS WITHIN EUROPE AND EU COUNTRIES. TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS SHOULD CONTACT US FOR DELIVERY RATES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
Paypal (preferred method for quickest despatch of goods)
Bank Transfer (goods despatched on receipt of funds - receipt varies from bank to bank 1-5 days)
Cheque (cheques will be cleared before despatch 3-5 days)
Orders are processed on day of completed payment. Once complete they are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or carrier for larger orders - signature on receipt required for both methods. Please include your telephone number for items despatched by carrier so they can contact you direct if they need to.
Orders and payments received after 1pm will be processed the following working day (Monday to Friday are working days.)
Sometimes an item may become out of stock and it may take a few days for new stocks to arrive. Orders are processed in numerical order, so items may become out of stock if there are a number of orders for the same fabric and stocks are running low. In any event we will notify you by e-mail of any delay.
PLEASE NOTE: CHANNEL ISLANDS (CI), ISLE OF MAN (IOM), ISLE OF WIGHT (IOW), NORTHERN IRELAND (NI), NORTHERN SCOTLAND (NS) AND SCILLY ISLES (SI) - ALL ORDERS TO THESE AREAS WILL BE SENT BY ROYAL MAIL STANDARD.
WE DO NOT HAVE A ROYAL MAIL COLLECTION ON FRIDAYS, SO ORDERS ARE HELD OVER TO THE FOLLOWING WORKING DAY.

1 metre = £3.50 POST recorded delivery (2-3 days)
2 metres = £6.00 POST recorded delivery (2-3 days)
3 metres = £7.50 POST recorded delivery (2-3 days)
1 to 10 metres 1-2 days = £8.95 carrier (post only to CI, IOW, IOM, NI, NS, SI)
11 to 30 metres 1-2 days = £12.50 carrier (post only to CI, IOW, IOM, NI, NS, SI)
31 to 60 metres 1-2 days = £16.00 carrier (post only to CI, IOW, IOM, NI, NS, SI)
FREE DELIVERY for orders over 60 metres or over £200 in total.

FRIDAY DESPATCH: AT PRESENT WE DO NOT HAVE A ROYAL MAIL COLLECTION ON FRIDAYS, SO ORDERS FOR POSTING PLACED AFTER 1:30PM ON THURSDAY ARE HELD OVER FOR DESPATCH ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY (not bank holidays as we are closed). ORDERS FOR DESPATCH ON THE CARRIER ARE NOT AFFECTED PROVIDED THEY ARE RECEIVED BEFORE 1:30PM ON FRIDAYS.
